If for some reason there has been a mistake in the processing of your order and the wrong items have been sent out, please fill out our Product Returns page immediately. Once you have posted us back the original order (and we have received it), we will send the correct order with a refund for your own postage costs.
If you feel any items you have ordered are just not suitable for you, then we will be happy to accept them back. Please fill out our Product Returns page within 28 days. Once the goods are in pristine condition we will give you credit to the cost of the original goods, or make a refund to your credit card. Our delivery fees for sending out the initial order will be deducted from your refund.
